SMOKED SAUSAGES is a low-fermentation beer produced according to the German-rauch style. It is characterized by a clear amber color and a white persistent foam. On the nose you will feel smoky scents given by the smoked barley malt. Such scents can also be perceived on the palate together with nuances that recall the taste of cured ham (“speck”). The drink is fluid and satisfying at the same time. The slightly bitter finish cleans the palate at the end of the sip.
