BERLINER WEISSE
The “Senator” is a high-fermentation Berliner Weisse with sour taste and low alcohol content. Our Berliner is produced by using 50% of Senatore Cappelli, an old non-malted durum wheat which provides the transparent golden color and the rustic- fruity flavor. The Senator is a scented and light beer perfect for happy hours during the hot seasons.
